Digital Products Return Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final. However, we offer a limited return policy under specific circumstances:
Eligible for Refund:
- Technical issues that prevent the template from functioning as advertised, which our support team cannot resolve within 14 days of purchase.
- Missing features or functionality explicitly advertised but not included in the template.
- Duplicate purchases (when the same template is accidentally purchased twice by the same customer).
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Change of mind or no longer needing the template.
- Finding a different template that better suits your needs.
- Incompatibility issues that were clearly stated in the template description.
- Lack of features that were not advertised or promised.
- Purchase of the wrong template (though we may consider a one-time exchange at our discretion).
- Inability to customize the template to meet specific needs beyond its intended capabilities.
Refund Process
If you believe your purchase qualifies for a refund, please follow the process below:
Contact Support
Reach out to our support team at info@tloxix.world within 14 days of purchase. Include your order number, the template purchased, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
Troubleshooting
Our support team will attempt to resolve any technical issues. You must cooperate with our support team and provide necessary information to help troubleshoot the problem.
Refund Determination
If the issue cannot be resolved and falls under our eligible refund criteria, we will process a refund. We will notify you of our decision via email.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Template Usage After Refund
Upon receiving a refund, you agree to:
- Immediately stop using the template for any purpose.
- Remove the template from all devices, servers, and hosting platforms.
- Delete any copies of the template, including backups.
- Not use any portion of the template code or design elements in future projects.
Continued use of the template after receiving a refund is considered copyright infringement and may result in legal action.
Customization Services
For template customization services:
- 50% deposit is required before work begins (non-refundable).
- The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the customization work.
- Customization services are non-refundable once work has begun.
- For extensive customization projects, we provide milestones with approval stages.
- Revisions beyond the scope of the initial agreement may incur additional charges.
Extended Support Packages
Extended support packages are subject to the following refund rules:
- Within 7 days of purchase, if no support services have been used, a full refund may be issued.
- After 7 days or if any support services have been utilized, no refunds will be provided.
- Monthly subscription support packages can be canceled at any time, but no partial refunds will be issued for the current month.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Any exceptions are made at our sole discretion and do not constitute a change to the policy for other transactions.
